Speaking of "limited edition," this development will fit into that category. In fact, their slogan is "Be Among the Few to Own." With 19 condominium residences built, indeed ... there are only a few left.
Pierce 1325 is located on Pierce Street, Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood in Rosslyn area. Ft. Myer Heights area of Rosslyn, is neighborhood with older four to three story apartments and ripe for redevelopment. It is also a neighborhood that connects the major roads, Route 50, Rt. 110, and I-395 -- and metro stops (see map). Only 8 minutes walk to Rosslyn metro stop (orange and blue line) from here. When you heard about Rosslyn -- many times we associated the area with high-rise office buildings. But, in addition to commercial buildings, the area also offers an interesting mix of type of residentials. Some high rise contemporary condominium buildings, like the Atrium, Belvedere, townhouses here and there, some older buildings from the 40's.. like the ones found in Ft. Myer Heights neighborhood. Pierce condominium has just recently completed the construction. From what I've seen around the area, it will be the first development for this neighborhood. (note: will talk more about other developments slated for this part of Rosslyn in another post).

Homes are priced from mid-$550's to low-$700's. Builder offers buyer's incentives. Each unit comes with one reserved garage parking, which is common in urban area like Arlington. There are a limited number of additional garage spaces available for purchase.
