Excellent article. It's amazing how long some people will hold out for that "Right Buyer". Nothing sells like the a good home for the right price.

You have a nice site so the better conditioned foreclosed houses sell in no time with multiple contracts on the table.Keep up the good work.

The last I heard is that now builders are the next victim of foreclosures as well. The sad part is that although there is some great property deals for buyers, most buyers are holding back for even lower prices. Some real estate investors who actually have the cash power to go and invest are expecting the market to even go lower in price. I sell Colorado Real Estate in mountain resort areas where we do not see a lot of foreclosures, but the ones who are threated the most right now, at least in my area, are builders who have endured higher cost building their homes a year ago, when wood and steel prices where more than double the current cost. Now they just have very nice homes but no buyers.
