This solar house is a production from the University of Lousiana at Lafayette. The house has 800 square feet of living space, which is the size of one or two bedroom condo. It is designed to be completely self sufficient, and ideal for the coastal region. The big promise is this: the house will generate more energy than it's consume. Affordability also part of the theme.
